I am writing about Telstra and what seems to be their ability to steal money from people's accounts.
My father who is 85 has a pre-paid mobile phone for emergencies.
He does not use it every day, just to keep in touch if he is off visiting friends etc.
He charged his phone up with $20 credit and had made between three to five calls and all the money was gone.
I rang Telstra thinking that he had signed up for something that costs money every week, that was not the case.
